Defining Global City Global city is an urban focus that appreciates noteworthy upper hands and that fills in as a center point inside a globalized financial framework. In this report, a thorough discussion about global cities as a whole, its benefits, and its challenges is presented. A global city is considered to be an important node in the global economic system. As the world continues to urbanize, sustainable and cultural development will depend on the management of urban growth and the so-called global cities. Urbanization, or the process by which large numbers of people migrate from rural to urban areas, has been the key factor in the rapidly growing cities in the world.
